SamURai
A downloadable game
This is for MiniJam 106: Limited Time.
About: This game was made in Unity, locked at 60 fps, in the form of a .rar/ needs to be unzipped, and made with love. If that bothers you then you're probably not alone (or maybe you are who's to say). Please leave a comment to tell me about your experience as this is my first upload and I need to learn.
Disclaimers: This game has small amounts of violence including red pixels, that's about it for the disclaimers.
Description: Play as a samurai dude named Sam with no arms nor legs as you try to save the world one dead spirit at a time. Use your three weapons to take out the enemy and add time to the ticking clock. Beware that getting hit reduces your time by half and resets your combo count, however greed is good and getting multiple hits in quick succession increases your multiplier; the higher the multiplier the more time added per kill. Attempt to defeat the boss and win with plenty of time and a huge combo count!
Notes: This is my first game ever developed and released. I'm working on another pixel art game (have been for a few years), so please leave comments on how you enjoyed it, hated it, or forgot about it. If there are any bugs, please let me know for future reference.
Credit to Jala Stram for the explosion sound effect.
Music made with LMMS and sounds made out of sound waves for that old Atari feel. Sprites made in pyxelEdit, looking to move to Aesprite once I finish my other game Astral Blood.

This is what the fuck is up!
This is really fun to play! I like the globe map a lot its kind of weird to adjust to but adds a lot of skill to shooting. I like all the weapons but I wish the one shot was a little more satisfying not sure if it should do more damage and travel shorter or maybe just be a bigger bullet as it leaves the gun, idk. Damage meters for the enemies would be very helpful.
