Update 1.4

NEW TO UPDATE 1.4:

-New CodeOut mini game, like fallout hacking

-Fixed resolution issues; options now has one variable for screen size. Different resolutions to be added in future

Notes: This update took an extremely long time because I suck at coding. If you want to use the source code for any of the material covered in CodeOut please do so. If you have any optimization suggestions I would love to hear it.
