Failure of 1.6


What have I been up to:

I set out to make a mahjong multiplayer game which would double as another single player minigame with it's own AI for each archetype of person (aggressive players, listless players, competitive players, etc.)

What happened:

I failed spectacularly. While I was able to create the art and basic design, there were many flaws in my initial creation which I obsessed over causing me to lose sight of my original project. I've eventually given up on the game and reorganized myself; focusing on what I have to finish for these minigames to feel whole.

What's next?

Tutorials for all 4 base games are being produced. Sound FX for buttons and actions for all 4 games are being made.

A beta tag will accompany the two new games: Shape Shifter and Ship Runner as these may lack full sfx and tutorials on release. Hopefully this tag will help differentiate them from the more polished mini games.

Work on the RTS style gameplay is underway. Soon  the Skirmish game mode will be available, a small insight into how the main part of the game will operate.
